Hi, I’m Nigel, I am an individual who chose to be a Celebrant, a full time Family and Adult Celebrant to be precise, based just outside Newcastle under Lyme, my role takes me all over Staffordshire, Cheshire and the UK.

It’s a privilege to have met many loving, amazing, wonderful people, from the minute we met, it’s like we had known each other for years. I will advise and guide you, making your ceremony unique and suited only to you and your family, chosen by you, not chosen for you.

I know from the moment we meet; we will start to create the best ceremony ever.

I have been told I have a lovely calming voice, I will take that, thank you mum, above all, the best approachable and friendly celebrant you will meet.

As a celebrant creating exclusive ceremonies for Traditional Weddings, Renewal of Vows, Civil Partnerships (I also offer specialist Rock themed weddings) plus Ceremony Writing, Naming Days, Adult Funerals and Memorials

You are about to book an individual, who you don’t know, have never met, to be the celebrant at your ceremony. It’s important that you know a bit about my story: my life, my likes and loves, and my values. So here we go!

My career has been a very varied one, the NHS, Teaching, Training and Automotive Business.

Presenting on FM radio, a breakfast presenter, Tuesday night is Rock Night.

I have 1 daughter and 4 “love of my life” grandkids. Married for 35 years, we live in a small village, surrounded by lovely walks and wooded areas, in the famous potteries, I like the Gym, can’t say I love it, started a little yoga, its ok to be honest, well I have bought a mat. During time to myself started to learn the art of making Curry, it’s my favourite food, I’m getting there, they do taste fab.

Working alongside so many individual people, listening to their great ideas of what they want their ceremony to be is so pleasing. When that penny drops, we realise that together we have created the ceremony and to say “Wow”
